Aubrie Kobernus is the CEO of the REALTORS® Land Institute (RLI), the commercial affiliate of NAR for REALTORS® that specialize in land sales. Although she has been with RLI for less than two years, she has over 15 years of experience working in and around the real estate industry, having also served as the director of Governmental Affairs & the Commercial Council for the Memphis Area Association of REALTORS®. She loves attending the REALTORS® Conference & Expo and is particularly excited that it is in Chicago this year so she can show everyone around her new hometown!

As “the voice of land,” RLI provides the education, tools, advice, and networking opportunities that are the foundation for all land real estate professionals to become the best in the business. RLI members specialize in land brokerage related to all types of land: farms and ranches, resource lands, recreational land, commercial land, residential land, subdivision and lot wholesaling, and site selection and assemblage. RLI confers the esteemed Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation to the most prestigious land specialists. It requires the successful completion of a rigorous education program and a proven track record of transaction performance.

As the CEO, Aubrie is responsible for the overall management of the Institute. This includes working together with the board of directors to develop the vision, goals, and objectives and related policies for RLI. She has her MBA in finance/non-profit management from George Washington University and is working on her REALTOR® Certified Executive (RCE) designation from NAR.
